Project 2 – One tube receiver

Here is a one tube AM radio with a RF section (6EA7 H-MU) and a AF section (6EA7 L-MU).  The AF section is able to drive a speaker.   

For a one tube radio, we get decent reception.  Listen for yourself:

In the video, H-MU section (RF) drain 0.21ma and L-MU (AF) drain 18.9 ma.   

B+ is around 150 volt.
